Abstract

The diagnosis of brain tumors is complex but essential, as it directly influences clinical decision-making and, consequently, the ability to establish an accurate prognosis. In recent years, the World Health Organization has clearly defined the diagnostic criteria required to determine tumor type and grade, emphasizing the importance of appropriate imaging analysis, histological features, and molecular and genomic alterations. We present the case of a rare brain tumor that occurs in young patients and exhibits specific features that allow for its diagnosis.
